Finding some free time in our busy schedules, Tim and I wanted to post about another one of our favorite local breweries. Swiftwater Brewing Company, located in the South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester, NY, opened in early January of 2015. It is one of the local breweries that we have been patrons of since the beginning, and I was excited to have the opportunity to write about them for Liquid Alchemy.
